The Golden Rules
1.As a member of the Midnight Sun Coven you are officially an exclusive member of our coven only With that said, please, do not participate in other covens under the same screen name (HOWEVER, chatting to other families is fine, talking to the same fucking people every day gets old...trust me) you are using for this coven. You will be given a warning, after three warnings you will be put under review by the coven and a decision will be made on your place with our family. All decisions can be over thrown by the Admins: @GracelessBella @MyShinyNewToy @EyesOfViolet and @MoreThanMuscles and don't try playing one admin against the other, it won't work. <***EVERYONE needs to be promoting the site, not just the admins and canons. If you are a member of MS, then PROMOTE Midnight Sun *** The more ACTIVE members we have, the more elaborate our story lines can be, which means everyone has a part and nobody is stuck sitting on the sidelines. Promote, promote, promote...please.
2. Three Strike Policy: If you receive 3 Warnings in
a 90-day period you will be put under review with the family and
may be asked to leave. The admin may override a decision if they
feel it is best for the family.
3. Hateraide: No Bashing,
Harassing, Taunting, etc. It’s both obnoxious and rude. If you
aren’t a fan of the series don’t join and don’t follow us.
4.Joining The Family: If multiple people apply for the same
character the family will decide as a group who gets to join. If a
family member has invited someone, especially in a partner scenario,
they will have an additional vote and the family member will get to
enter a statement to make a case for the invited party.
5.After you’ve been accepted please make your username something short,
easy, and and related directly to your character. It that is not
possible refrain from adding a bunch of numbers, symbols, x’s, etc
to it. If you were in a different coven you may be asked to change
your username. Note: This will not make you lose followers. Also please comment on the Follow Friday discussion and message Bella with your Twitter ID ASAP.We don't want any family member to be left out.
6. UserImage: If your character is in the movies please use
the actor/actress portraying that character. You must have an
image. Werewolves can not have a picture of a wolf.
7. Story Line:A page will soon be added explaining our story line, as it gets more detailed newer members and followers can refer to the page as
a referance.The secret word for the application is Nux Vomica We follow the book* strictly (this is where it gets interesting, trust me.). Remember, once a
shapeshifter imprints you can not change. Vampires and
shapeshifters can not tell humans they’re not human. No Vampire
Babies!! Stick to the book(s)* and our story line.
9. If you' re not in the book, you're not in the story, we may consider accepting original characters once our family is complete, meaning all family roles are filled first. If you want to RP an original character you must have first applied for and RP'd as a family member.
10. This is your house, keep it clean people. This is your family, promote it. If you see something you don't like let me or any of your other admins know. Talk to us before going off the rails about what is or isn't being done before you start bad mouthing the admins or other members.
11.****If you are approved as a character and then drop out, please have the courtesy to tell the admins and your mate if you have one. Admins MUST be notified of ALL extended absences (more than 48 hours) and if you are gone longer than a week, your character will be re-opened for applicants. If you can not be here on a daily basis, esp. if you have a mate, don't waste anyones time by joining if you are not committed and if you can't make the time for or storyline and our family.As a Member of MS you are expected to be active and carry your storylines forward. You MUST tweet at least once a day, something for us to know you are still with us. If we see that you have not posted in more than 24 hours your position in the family will be re-evaluated.***
12. Each OFFICIAL character must try to blog at least once a day, and is responsible for reading the blogs posted by family members. ALL OOC blogging must be done on a personal page and not on your character blog, so as to avoid confusion.
13.THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE:

The MIDNIGHT SUN family is on www.jaiku.com as well!! Due to twitter being an epic fail, we have come up with a backup plan to keep our story going when twitter is being a bitch. REMEMBER- if you're not in twilight, we won't be needing you Welcome to Midnight Sun, (The Featured Members are our Officials for the site) We are a new group and many spaces are available. We ask that you sign up as yourself and not as a character , if you do you will be denied.The character requirements we have right now are The Forks High Crowd, The Volturi, and the La Push Crowd ***WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING CANONS***. EVERYBODY wishing to join our RP cast MUST cut and paste the application from under the OUR WORLD tab, and fill it out in FULL. Once it has been submitted and reviewed you will be notified of your acceptance, and be given a 1 week trial. DO NOT request characters not on the list. This Stoyline is ambitious, and it is for those with a real understanding of these characters, if you cannot dedicate the time it takes, then please just stay on as a follower, you can still interact with the family, but you will not be in the storyline.
